No expression: oral epithelium, outer enamel epithelium, stratum intermedia, stellate reticulum, dental papilla, dental sac

Late bell
(differentiation) stage
Expression: preameloblasts
No expression: outer enamel epithelium, stratum intermedia, stellate reticulum, dental papilla, dental sac, preodontoblasts

Secretory stage
Expression: ameloblasts
No expression: outer enamel epithelium, stratum intermedia, stellate reticulum, dental papilla, dental sac, odontoblasts

In incisor amelogenin was observed at early and mature stage secretory ameloblasts.
